Nothing to perform, nowhere to rush. Still Waters is a two-hour invitation to slow down. You'll settle into guided meditation, share in a mindful tea ceremony, and close with quiet journaling.
Why Come?
Unplug from your screens, slow down over a mindful tea ceremony, and journal in nature to find real clarity — Still Waters is a rare afternoon to feel relaxed, present, and truly seen, exactly as you are. We are creating a community of authenticity, peace, joy and harmony with nature.

Meditation. Tea. Journaling. Nothing to perform, nowhere to rush
Still Waters is a two-hour invitation to slow down. Over three unhurried half-hours, you'll settle into guided meditation, share in a mindful tea ceremony, and close with quiet journaling — each part given room to breathe, none of it rushed to make way for the next.
You don't need any experience with meditation or journaling to come. First-timers are just as welcome as anyone with a long-standing practice; the only real requirement is a willingness to sit still for a while and see what settles. Sessions are kept small — no more than six guests — so the pace stays gentle and every person gets real attention, not a script read at a group.
Held at 4350 River Bend Rd in east side of Rhinelander, Still Waters is one of the first programs to come out of Pineapple Retreat: a quiet Northwoods home for living, learning, and well-being. Come early, stay for tea, and leave a little quieter than you arrived.
Seat cushion, tea and journal books will be provided.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Pineapple Retreat · a program of Hummingbird Wellbeing & Learning LLC
Applies to all Pineapple Retreat workshops, weekend retreats, and wellbeing sessions unless a specific listing states otherwise.
Questions about this policy, or need to cancel a booking? Email us at dwu@pineapple-retreat.com and we'll take care of it.
-
All cancellations must be submitted in writing — by email or text — to be considered received. Please don't rely on a phone call or a message left with someone else; we want a clear record of your request and the time it came in.
-
48 hours or more before your session — Early Cancellation Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and you'll receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee of 10% of your session fee. This covers the processing and booking costs on our end.
24–48 hours before your session — Late Cancellation Cancellations inside this window forfeit the full session fee. The one exception: if we're able to fill your spot from a waitlist, you'll receive a refund minus the 10% administrative fee — the same as an early cancellation. We can't guarantee a waitlist match, so please don't count on it.
Less than 24 hours before your session, or no-shows No refund is available, with no exceptions. Sessions are small and intentionally unhurried, and a last-minute or unfilled spot can't be offered to anyone else in time.
-
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a session — for weather, low enrollment, illness, or another reason outside anyone's control. When that happens, you'll always have the choice of a full refund or a spot in a future session, no administrative fee either way.
